I wanted to tell you about a terrific employee I encountered today at the hospital. You know I am there often so I noticed that he really stood out. He was extremely polite and helpful when I had to bring some artwork in. Because it was going to right behind the front reception desk, it was logical to bring it in through the front – which I would not ordinarily do.
When I asked if he had a superior to whom I could send a comment, he said he didn’t think it was necessary as he was glad to be helpful. Anyway, I persisted and he gave me your name and his name.
Wilson Altidor, MHS Ambassador. I can tell you that he is a very worthy Ambassador. By the way, the red jacket is great. I first encountered it at 8th and Hamilton. It stands out and lets people know who is there to help.
